Another fabulous stay in this idyllic location. So relaxing and peaceful, topped off by the stunning acrobatics of Swallows, Swifts and House Martins! Hard to leave! x

Another fantastic stay at High House Farm, our 5th visit in total and our 2nd in the Heft. We love it here! Great walks nearby, scenery cannot be beaten and the Heft is just so cosy, comfortable and clean - a real home from home. The worst part of our holiday is having to leave but we will be back very soon!

Most amazing stay, despite all the rain! Loved the cottage – beautifully furnished, lovely and clean and well equipped for our home cooked meals. First stay in Ullswater and blown away by how beautiful it is! Thank you for the lovely welcome. Hope to be back soon.

Thank you for another relaxing stay in Heft. Reassuring to see that standards are still outstanding – sometimes not the case on a repeat stay. We love this home from home cottage. Close to the gateway of the Lake sin all directions! Weather was a mixed bag but nothing that waterproofs would spoil. Thank again Lesley and team. Take care. We’ll be back!

This is our 3^rd visit to High House in less than a year – we love itthat much. Never stayed in the Heft but it didn’t disappoint. Very spacious, comfortable and cosy. Love the welcome goodies. LOVE LOVE LOVE it here and we will be back in October!
