Booking Terms & Conditions - All persons booking must be over 18 years and agree to the following terms.
Payment - A non-refundable deposit of £100 with each booking. The balance of the cost of your holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. The full amount is payable if less than 8 weeks between booking and holiday. Payments accepted by Cheque or BACs (Please enquire for Bank Details for On Line banking).
Cancellation and Insurance - If once you have paid a deposit you have to cancel your holiday, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. The initial £100 deposit is non-refundable. If you have to cancel once you have paid the full cost will do our utmost re-let the accommodation in which case you will be returned the balance owing, less 10% to cover administration costs. In the event that the accommodation cannot be re-let the full amount is payable.
We strongly advise that you take out a cancellation insurance for your holiday.
In the unlikely event for reasons beyond our control we were forced to cancel your holiday then we would refund all monies paid for your holiday. Our liability to you would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages & Breakages - You are responsible for any damages or breakages you or your pets cause to the cottage and its contents. In the unfortunate event of any loss or damage, please report this before leaving. We reserve the right to charge in full for any such costs incurred.
Property - Personal property is your own responsibility. Vehicles and contents are left at your own risk. Although we do provide ample off road parking in a quiet setting.
Terms of Stay - The contract is legally binding and is for the only purpose of holiday let. The term of the duration of your stay is solely on the agreed terms of your booking.
